We export beef, pork, and other meat from countries like Costa Rica and Nicaragua to China. In doing so, we respond effectively to the demands of the market. We regularly visit the slaughterhouse to ensure quality and import excellent meat from them for the major market leaders.
The pork that we export comes in many different forms. For example, we not only export half carcasses, shoulders, hams, necks and bellies, with or without bone, to various different meat processing companies, but we also arrange all the logistics around products that are directly suitable for consumption. We import and export large quantities of fresh and frozen meat to meet the needs of Chinese consumers.
