      The planning also specifically involves the current frontier fields such as meta universe, NFT and blockchain. Among them, the planning of the meta universe and blockchain has set up special paragraphs to elaborate specifically.

      In terms of upgrading the blockchain of the new digital infrastructure, the planning commission should create a combined scientific and technological innovation system with the interdisciplinary intersection of blockchain and cutting-edge technology, promote the implementation of blockchain+technology research and development and application, and build a blockchain development ecology with strong innovation ability and independent and controllable. Promote digital trusted transactions and support trusted transactions based on blockchain, electronic identity authentication and other technologies. Promote big data trusted transaction, use consensus algorithm to achieve trust and transaction confirmation, and focus on the development of smart contract management and operation platform. Develop the blockchain business model, focus on the development of blockchain open source platform, NFT and other business models, and accelerate the exploration of digital transformation and digital technology applications in virtual digital assets, artwork, intellectual property, games and other fields. Support the establishment of cross institutional and industrial blockchain alliances, and study and formulate blockchain industry standards and protocol frameworks in key areas.

We will develop human-computer interaction technology, speed up the tackling of core technologies such as intelligent human-computer interaction and virtual digital human, develop terminal technologies with more immersive experience such as XR (extended reality) and brain computer interface, encourage the creation of new platforms that enrich multiple content scenes, and foster new forms of digital entertainment consumption such as virtual concerts, virtual idols, virtual sports. Accelerate the ecological layout of virtual reality, break through key technologies such as low latency fast rendering and virtual simulation engine, and develop new VR (virtual reality)/AR (augmented reality), 3D scanning and other products that integrate software and hardware. Create industry benchmark applications, and create influential meta universe benchmark demonstration applications in the fields of network entertainment, intelligent manufacturing, digital content, transportation, online education, medical health, etc.
